In this case, on 25 April 2024, the 48 plaintiffs filed a lawsuit requesting that all nine defendants be punished in accordance with the Criminal Code Sections 59, 80, 83, 288, 289 (5), 309, 310. Since this was a case where citizens were the plaintiffs, the court therefore scheduled an examination of the grounds for the lawsuit in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code Section 162 (1) on 24 June 2024, the scheduled date.
